Take your leadership skills to the next level! Staffmark is seeking a Bilingual Production Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in Monroe, NC. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in manufacturing, ready to guide a high-performing textile production team.

Pay: $60-$70K

Schedule: Train on 1st shift, then move to 2nd shift | Monday-Friday, 3:15 PM - 11:15 PM

What You'll Do



  • Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to maintain high morale and productivity
  • Coordinate activities to meet deadlines and product specifications
  • Monitor production output, uphold quality standards, and implement improvements
  • Enforce safety protocols and company policies to create a secure workplace
  • Identify production challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency
  • Oversee materials and ensure machinery is maintained and operational
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulations



What We're Looking For



  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience supervising production employees
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of textile production processes, equipment, and machinery
  • Ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Safety-conscious with knowledge of relevant procedures and regulations
  • Proficiency in production software
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
