• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience in a technology-focused role, such as product manager, engineering manager, program manager, or technical consultant.
• Proven track record in strategic or operational roles within fast-paced technology companies, driving complex projects to completion.
• Strong understanding of Silicon and IP design teams, flows, and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
