The Opportunity:

The Commercial Excellence Operations Sr. Specialist provides high-impact support to the Field Sales organization by serving as the operational and project liaison between sales, customer service, supply chain, operations, and other internal functions. This role ensures the sales team remains focused on customer engagement by streamlining internal communications and delivering proactive program coordination and administrative support.

This role will be remote with 1 day per week at the Radnor, PA office or Bridgewater, NJ facility for in-person collaboration.

What we're looking for

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales support, project coordination, or related field.

  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience supporting sales or commercial teams.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Experience in customer service, operations, or project coordination preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

  • Experience in ERP systems.

  • Familiarity with life sciences or manufacturing industries.

  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships.

How you will thrive and create an impact

  • Serve as the primary internal contact for sales support, helping field teams access information from internal functions.

  • Manage tracking, reporting, and resolution of customer requests and internal follow-ups.

  • Support project and program execution, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and coordination among stakeholders.

  • Assist with CRM data updates and reporting to support sales planning.

  • Proactively identify and escalate issues or delays impacting customer responsiveness.

  • Facilitate internal communications and coordination for cross-functional initiatives.

  • Support process improvements and documentation efforts tied to sales operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of commercial initiatives.

  • Maintain documentation and reporting tools to support transparency and accountability across commercial programs.

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$54,600.00 - $91,000.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
