Airbus Mobile Manufacturing Site is looking for an Operational Excellence and Performance Manager. This leadership position is directing Operational Excellence and Performance Management across all A320 Final Assembly Line (FAL) operations and will be responsible for leading the A320 FAL's strategy for the program's performance system. Your Challenges: This role is responsible for A320 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Dashboards linked to the A320 FAL in order to deliver on time, on cost and on quality. Incumbent will lead the A320 FAL for strategy and integration of Key Performance Results & KPR. Responsible for establishing, maintaining and communicating a clear understanding of the priorities, status and plan for the A320 FAL performance by all stakeholders.
Ensure the integration of KPIs and KPRs, and establish, maintain and communicate priorities, status and plan for the A320 FAL performance with all stakeholders to optimize operational output. Design and implement a systematic methodology that drives the achievement of critical targets and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Understand the industrial process and is able to lead the Operational Excellence of the A320 VSM. The position will need to have good stakeholder management skills to align the internal and external stakeholders beyond organizational boundaries to ensure overall success. This position will evolve in a complex and dynamic environment. Function as Operational Excellence / Performance Manager developing accurate and timely data and resulting analysis to A320 FAL Operations Management. Analyses reflect all levels of A320 FAL Operations (TAKTED LINE 1 / TAKTED LINE 2 / COMPLETION FINAL PHASE / GROUND TEST / X-PLANT / TECHNICAL SUPPORT), as well as doing the link with the Site Services (Log/Toolshop/Back-shop...) and secure link with A320 project portfolio. Conducts analysis in various visual methods and presents this analysis to team members and FAL leadership.
