Staffmark is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations and assist employees in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you have experience with HRIS systems and enjoy helping employees navigate HR processes, this role is for you!

Pay & Schedule:



  • $30/hour
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM



Responsibilities:



  • Support the HR Manager with day-to-day HR transactions
  • Assist with employee onboarding and HRIS tasks
  • Provide Dayforce/HRIS support including password resets and forms
  • Issue and deactivate ID access badges
  • Perform general HR support tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying
  • Direct employees to the appropriate HR team member or system for assistance



Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Experience with Dayforce or other HRIS systems preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • No lifting requirements
