How You'll Make an Impact
The Senior Business Operations Analyst (Marketing) ensures Dudek's marketing and business development systems, including Deltek Vantagepoint CRM and related CRM/business development platforms, are optimized to support pipeline management, pursuits, and firmwide business development.
This role is ideal for someone with strong CRM administration skills, marketing operations experience, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights for growth.
The mission of the Business Operations Group is to remove friction in how work flows by delivering scalable, integrated solutions that empower our Practices and Firmwide Services teams for operational efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as administrator for Deltek Vantagepoint CRM, GovWin, and related business development platforms.
- Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations leadership to streamline pursuit tracking, pipeline reporting, and CRM workflows.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into pursuits, client relationships, and business development performance.
- Ensure CRM data quality, governance, and integration with Finance and HR systems where applicable.
- Lead CRM-related change management initiatives including upgrades, system enhancements, and user adoption efforts.
- Provide training and support for Marketing and Business Development staff, boosting confidence and usage of CRM tools.
- Act as system escalation point for CRM issues, delivering resolutions and proactive improvements.
- Monitor trends in marketing/business development technology and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience supporting and improving business systems
- Hands-on power user and/or administrator experience with Deltek Vantagepoint CRM is required.
- Hands-on experience with Agiloft, GovWin, and/or comparable platforms strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing and business development processes, including pipeline tracking and pursuit management.
- Proven ability to support CRM data quality, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience supporting, administering, and optimizing business systems within the environmental consulting, engineering, or professional services industry.
- Relevant certifications such as Deltek Vantagepoint CRM Administrator Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 annually*
- *Final agreed-upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check prior to beginning employment.
