We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to join our team in Dunmore, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position working our Monday through Friday schedule from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM. This role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, motivates their team, and ensures operational excellence across all aspects of warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop warehouse employees, including delivery drivers.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
  • Set clear expectations, foster teamwork, and drive productivity to meet performance targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and customers to optimize processes.
  • Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows for product handling and processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving, labeling, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including loading/unloading trucks and timely freight processing.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment use (e.g., forklifts) and ensure staff are properly trained.
  • Partner with buyers and sales teams to monitor product flow and resolve issues.
  • Conduct random inventory audits and investigate discrepancies.
  • Manage time-off requests, scheduling, and performance management for warehouse staff.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and discipline employees as needed, while fostering a positive work culture.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment at all times.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase accuracy, throughput, and overall efficiency.
  • Perform hands-on tasks as needed, including pulling orders, receiving deliveries, and assisting with counts.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or management preferred.
  • 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience.
  • 1+ year of management/supervisory experience, ideally in logistics or distribution.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • OSHA and forklift certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a strong work ethic and "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. routinely and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that requires standing, lifting, and operating equipment.
