We're looking for innovative professionals who thrive in mission-critical environments and are passionate about shaping the future of air traffic management. • Track opportunities for schedule accelerators, process improvements, and value-add solutions.

  • Integrate risk data into performance reviews and deliverables.

  • Ensure proactive, embedded risk management across all regions and technical domains.

Why This Role Matters

The National Airspace System serves millions of passengers daily and is vital to the U.S. economy and security. Even small oversights in risk management can ripple across the entire airspace. In this role you will align risk management with expectations and industry standards, ensuring world-class program performance.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with enterprise-level risk management platforms and integration with scheduling, engineering, QA, and cost functions.
  • Strong ability to leverage data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and statistical techniques for trend analysis and forecasting.
