We are a leading construction management firm seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our business development and marketing initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the creation and production of marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, brochures, and digital content.
• Update and maintain our CRM database and marketing information systems.
• Coordinate and assist with event planning and trade shows.
• Manage social media accounts and website content updates.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing, including scheduling and correspondence.

What you'll bring:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
