Are you a highly motivated professional with a passion for sales? Avinode Group is looking for an Account Executive to grow our global customer base. You will seek to understand the market and the challenges faced by the business aviation industry today, and grow our presence in this area. What you will do:
- Execute against strategic plans to grow Avinode Group's revenue in the business aviation industry while developing and leveraging a strategic advisor relationship within your book of business to attract new clients, expand market share, and accelerate business growth. Grow Avinode Group's revenue in the Americas, via outbound and inbound new sales for targeted segments.
- Deliver on sales targets and performance objectives while executing according to Avinode Group's best practices and processes.
- Play a key role in identifying client pain points and understanding their business challenges, while delivering tailored solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
- Consistently log all activities and track sales opportunities within Avinode Group's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and prospect progress. Proactively manage and nurture leads through each stage of the sales pipeline, from initial contact to successful conversion, employing a strategic approach to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues across Avinode Group, including Account Management, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Customer Experience, Revenue Operations and Product, in order to deliver a seamless and effective customer journey for our clients.
- Be our eyes and ears for the business aviation industry. Gain deep insights into your customers' business drivers and challenges. Regularly communicate your insights to the rest of the organization.
Who you are:
- We are seeking a seasoned top-performing sales professional with at least 5+ years of experience in SaaS B2B sales managing an international territory. You have a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
- Strategically leveraging advanced tools and technologies to optimize sales processes, enhance client engagement, and drive revenue growth by uncovering new opportunities, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing overall sales performance. Not limited to but including Salesforce, Gong and PowerBI.
- You should be a people person with strong interpersonal skills and confidence in building relationships both in person and over the phone.
- You will ensure that there is a strategic business development plan for target markets. This includes the creation of forecasts, trending opportunities/challenges, account plans to track partner progress, and achievement of joint business goals.

- Willingness to travel including international travel up to 25% of the time is required, participating in trade shows, customer visits, and company events.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in business aviation is advantageous.
