Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the full logistical operations of the Durham, NC location. This includes managing the departments of receiving, shipping, delivery, and inventory/product storage. Key responsibilities include:



  • Directing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate and efficient flow of materials in and out of the facility.
  • Supervising receiving and shipping processes, ensuring timely and correct handling of goods.
  • Managing inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize loss.
  • Coordinating delivery schedules and ensuring timely dispatch of products.
  • Leading and developing warehouse staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.



Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in warehouse or operations.
  • Strong mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
