About the Role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our North America Visa Commercial Solutions team, focused on delivering and enhancing products for the small business to middle market segment. In this role, you will manage key B2B payment product initiatives from concept through launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption. You will analyse market needs, customer feedback, and competitive trends to shape product enhancements and go-to-market plans. Key Responsibilities * Manage the lifecycle of assigned B2B payment products and features, from requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization * Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for product improvement or net new products. * Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Support go-to-market activities, including creation of product collateral, sales training materials, and client-facing presentations. * Be data obsessed: Track and analyse product performance metrics, recommending changes to improve adoption and retention * Collaborate with multiple teams at Visa to build your product strategy and deliver product enhancements. * Contribute to the broader VCS product roadmap by sharing insights and feedback from customers and the market This is a hybrid position. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 143,700 to 208,600 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
