Silgan Dispensing Systems is seeking an experienced and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic HR team. In this key role, you will report directly to the Director of U.S. Human Resources and be responsible for shaping and driving the strategy for sourcing and attracting top talent. This includes building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, staying current on emerging trends and technologies, and leveraging data to inform decisions and share our story. We are seeking a visionary leader with a passion for talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with business objectives.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for all roles, including executive and senior-level hires, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast talent needs and build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.
- Enhance the employer brand through creative recruitment marketing and compelling candidate experiences.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
- Optimize recruitment technologies, including ATS systems and social media strategies, to maximize efficiency.
- Design and implement best-in-class talent assessment processes using industry-recognized tools and structured interviews.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, agencies, and universities to expand sourcing reach.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives throughout all recruitment activities.
- Mentor and guide the recruitment team, fostering development and elevating team performance.
- Collaborate with global HR partners to align strategies and share best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- MBA degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record in designing and executing TA strategies that align with business goals.
- Experience building and managing high-performing recruiting teams and mentoring team members.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging data, analytics, and metrics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience managing executive and senior-level searches, including critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and social media platforms.
- Ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to partner, collaborate and consult with hiring leaders, executives, team members and other key stakeholders both within and outside of HR.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Corporate In-house Recruitment experience
- Experience managing a recruiting function through organizational change (i.e., new systems, processes, tools)
- Proven success managing difficult searches, juggling competing priorities, and handling high requisition loads.
- Demonstrated background in designing and executing recruitment strategy, programs, and initiatives.
- Experience building and optimizing recruiting infrastructure (e.g., recruiting strategy, budget, tools)
