Overview

Mannington Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and highly creative Brand Visual Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. This role is ideal for a graphic designer with a strong background in print design and advanced technical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. From brochures to presentation decks, you'll bring our brand to life across a wide range of touchpoints while ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.

Key Responsibilities



  • Design & Production: Create and update marketing materials including brochures, architecture folders, presentations, and other print and digital collateral that support business objectives. Create trade show materials such as booth graphics, banners, signage, and promotional displays.
  • Print Advertising & Marketing Materials: Develop advertisement layouts that effectively balance technical specifications with brand messaging. Collaborate with Communication Marketing Manager to integrate text and visuals seamlessly in print formats. Ensure all print advertising adheres to publication specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain on-brand templates and sales tools in Canva, PowerPoint, and other platforms to ensure consistent visual identity across all internal teams and external channels.
  • Digital & Web Design Support: Design digital assets including web graphics, social media content, and email templates. Create digital versions of print materials optimized for online distribution. Design website graphics and support web development initiatives, in concert with Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to deliver compelling visuals and content updates for both internal and external use.
  • Executive Support: Work closely with C-suite level leadership to design polished presentations and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of materials.
  • Print Expertise: Apply knowledge of print design and production processes to prepare accurate, high-quality files for vendors and internal use.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an in-house or agency setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and strong skills in PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Demonstrated expertise in print design, layout, and production best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with executive leadership.
  • Flooring or commercial interiors industry experience a plus but not required.
