Financial Analyst - Piscataway, NJ

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Process Finance Deals
• Review sales orders for finance terms and accuracy
• Contact Customer/Sales employees for additional information if required
• Verify payoff on trades
• Generate finance documents for signature
• Process and expedite documents to the finance source in timely manner to improve DSO
• Follow- up for documents with sales force/sales management
• Post and reconcile funding
• Update Order Board
• Back up Credit Investigator when needed
• Assist Finance Manager with releases and approvals when instructed
• Generates rental conversion
• Generate necessary reports
• Assist and back up finance teams from other branches
• Be accountable for accuracy and service call invoice and warranty closings.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is preferred and/or equivalent experience including basic knowledge of Accounting, Credit and Finance.
• Minimum 2-3 years of business related experience in Accounting, Credit or Finance and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other related software.
