The Marketing Manager is a strategic leader within the Vertical Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support growth in a competitive market with a longer sales cycle. Success in this role requires the ability to manage complex, multifaceted campaigns and foster collaboration across multiple business units. You'll work closely with business leaders, sales, market strategy, subject matter experts, and shared services to translate business growth objectives into thoughtful, data-driven marketing strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that build awareness, nurture relationships, and support cross-business growth opportunities.
  • Partner with business leaders, product marketing, and sales to define marketing strategies that support a longer, consultative sales cycle.
  • Gain deep knowledge of the business unit and translate client perspectives into audience-focused messaging and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create consistent, compelling, audience-first content across digital and traditional channels.
  • Oversee execution of marketing projects and campaigns with strong attention to detail and an emphasis on measurable impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance and sales impact to guide ongoing strategy with data-driven insights.
  • Lead, coach, and develop marketing staff, emphasizing collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and professional growth.
  • Partner across business units to ensure go-to-market strategies and unified client experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience with proven success in longer sales cycles. Technology / software and Public Sector industry experience a plus.
  • 3-5 years of proven management experience leading and developing staff.
  • Experience with integrated campaigns, content marketing, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply insights to strategy.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
