ChristianaCare and The Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery in the Department of OB/GYN is searching for a Board Certified/Board Eligible, AAGL fellowship trained MIGS surgeon to join our established and growing faculty practice in Newark and Wilmington, Delaware. As a member of our MIGS surgical practice, you will be part of a fully supported team comprised currently of three fellowship-trained MIGS surgeons, a MIGS fellow, a physician-assistant, and experienced nursing and office staff. The successful candidate should excel at minimally invasive GYN procedures including laparoscopy, robotic surgery, and hysteroscopy, including office-based procedures. As part of the faculty, you will have educational opportunities including training of fellows, residents, and medical students. Research opportunities include intramural work as well as participation in industry-sponsored investigation. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Our MIGS fellowship includes one fellow and our OBGYN residency is comprised of 7 trainees per year, with graduates pursuing a range of careers including academic fellowships, community-based generalist practice, and international outreach. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation the fair market value for physician services in the relevant specialty and the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, credentials, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
