Join one of America's most iconic global clothing and accessories retailers as a Communications Consultant and play a vital role in shaping how employees connect with the company's mission, values, and culture. In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging internal communications that elevate the employee experience.
In partnership with Aquent, this opportunity puts you at the center of transformational initiatives within the HR organization. You'll support key functions like Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Employee Experience, ensuring strategic communications drive awareness, understanding, and participation across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement integrated internal communication plans that support key HR programs, such as performance management, benefits, DEI, and engagement surveys.
Drive Consistency: Collaborate with Corporate and Field Communications teams to align messaging across all channels and audiences.
Measure & Optimize: Track the effectiveness of communications campaigns; provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and clarity.
Executive Support: Draft leadership messaging, talking points, and presentations. Assist with the planning and execution of all-hands meetings and town halls.
Event Communications: Contribute to company-wide events and internal campaigns that reinforce culture, connection, and business goals.
Storytelling: Infuse the company's brand voice, narrative, and values into all communications to ensure a unified and authentic employee experience.
Must-Have:
5+ years of experience in Corporate or Internal Communications, with a focus on HR or employee engagement.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience supporting executive-level communications and events.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint); experience with email communication platforms.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience defining KPIs and analyzing communication performance metrics.
Familiarity with modern HR technologies or intranet platforms.
Creative problem-solver with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
