The Administrative Generalist/Medical Education Administrator is responsible for supporting the pediatric educational programs following the GME, ACGME, and University guidelines. As one of the first points of contact for physicians exploring opportunities to continue their training with us, the successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent information and support to the public. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include a keen interest in graduate medical education, the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively, a strong attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to the success of medical education programs. Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications Administrative Generalist Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: At least four years of relevant experience or Master's degree with at least one year of relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Medical Education Administrator Experience: Relevant experience in the field being taught Physical Demands This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. Position Type & Work Location
