The Director role will play a critical role in transforming SEI's people programs and processes aligned to business priorities. This leader will facilitate discovery, assess gaps, identify opportunities for automation and AI, and drive adoption of redesigned processes across SEI's global HR ecosystem and implement governance framework for continuous improvement. Working in close partnership with the Global Capability Center (HR Services), HR COEs, HR Business Partners, and HR Technology teams, this role ensures that critical people processes are modernized, scalable, and aligned to SEI's mission, vision, and values.
