Warehouse Shipping Receiving Assistant

Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Assistant to join our team in Frankfort, KY. This role is perfect for someone with experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (1-2 hours OT possible daily, every other Saturday)

What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries
• Process shipments, confirm orders, and prepare packing lists and bills of lading
• Receive inventory into JDE and distribute kanbans to Material Handlers
• Schedule Tier II shipments and expedite as needed
• Monitor back-orders and short shipments
• Process Toyota billing and SIA mass production paperwork/labels
• Scan and manage shipping/receiving documentation
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories
• Communicate with Material Handlers, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to ensure accuracy of shipments, inventory, and record-keeping

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1+ years of shipping/receiving experience
• Valid driver's license (required after conversion)
• Proficiency in Office 365 and JDE
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, and occasionally stoop or crouch
