Flex Year Round The Aspen General Manager position is responsible for providing leadership to our team, building a strong shop culture, achieving our KPIs of customer service, revenue and profit and building our brand within the local community. This General Manager position is an operations role, with potential for future sales components. The most important part of the General Manager role is to help promote a productive environment, setting the team up for success to ensure we are delivering legendary service to our customers and partners. More specifically, you will be responsible for leading a team of Team Leaders and Ski Technicians in their roles of delivering ski and snowboard rental equipment to our guests. This includes scheduling future shifts, ensuring equipment is up to our brand standards, consistent coaching for the team and managing our P& L. This position is full-time seasonal . We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and will excel in a flexible, fast-paced work environment. Someone who has management experience and who understands what it means to go above and beyond. Someone who views themself as a leader and who is passionate about providing every single one of our customers with exceptional service, every time . Essential Duties: Weekly scheduling to hit demand and customer service goals Expense Management Pre-season shop set up Hands on coaching with Team Leaders and Ski Technicians Weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports and managers Weekly resourcing reports Maintaining quality of equipment Equipment warranty and repair Inventory management Auto management Desired Qualities: Strong, confident, and professional communication skills Detail-oriented Ability to accept and deliver necessary feedback Polished writing skills are a plus Previous management/ leadership experience Previous s ales experience is a plus BESIDES WORKING SOMEWHERE AWESOME, WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
