Senior Analytics Product Manager - Value Based Care

The Value-Based Care Analytics Product Manager, Senior leads the design, development, implementation, and operational oversight of analytics products and solutions. This position requires the ability to engage with key business owners and stakeholders to align analytics solutions and requests with enterprise-wide clinical, operational, and financial objectives that support the health system?s transition to value-based care. Analytics products and solutions must enhance patient outcomes, support care teams and care transformation, improve operational efficiency, and enable the shift to value-based contracting. This role demands an understanding of the varied data sources available, their applicability to specific questions and their limitations. This analytics product manager role requires coordination between and among clinical and operational teams and technical teams including data engineering services and analytics developers. The role will be engaged with senior leaders across various business and service lines. Leveraging agile methodologies, this role combines an innovative analytics vision with a pragmatic approach to execution and continuous improvement to optimize patient care and support the health system's transition to value-driven care models. This role is part of our Value-Based Care Institute (VBCI) products and analytics team and works with limited supervision.


Key Responsibilities
Analytics Product Management
oDefine and execute analytics products and solutions that support our goals for human experience, are scalable, and are in support of our care model and our clinical, operational, and financial objectives
oManage the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics products and solutions, from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with our care model, care delivery, value-based care, population health and health plan operations and initiatives.
oAlign analytics products and solutions with enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
oEngage subject matter experts and stakeholders in the development of analytics products and solutions.
oTranslate analytics needs into product and solution requirements, user stories and technical specifications.
oEnsure training, education and best practices related to modern analytics solutions are developed and delivered.
Operational Oversight
oEnsure analytics products and solutions meet the operational needs for care delivery, and our value-based care objectives with a focus on the support of the care model across our diverse population health programs.
oEnsure that analytics products and solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements and are aligned with industry best practices.
oDevelop a culture of data quality and data integrity and ensure monitoring of product performance, utilizing data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in outcomes and efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement
oCollaborate with clinical and administrative senior and executive leaders to ensure analytics products and solutions meet user needs. Partner with senior leaders, clinical leaders, particularly provider champions (employed and independent providers/practice teams), clinical informaticists, care management and population health teams, health plan, and patient experience teams to ensure analytics products and solutions, support care delivery and our value-based care model. Drive innovation in care deliver, operations, and our value-based care model through effective uses of data and analytics.
oPartner with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to prioritize features and capabilities and ensure alignment with the organization?s business priorities
oPartner with information technology (IT) and third-party vendors in the day-to-day operations of analytics products and solutions
oPartner with information security, and compliance and privacy teams with regard to the handling of data and to ensure the safe handling and use of protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII), especially as it relates to
solution access across the clinically integrated network and external partners.

EDUCATION:
?Formal training or work experience in healthcare industry with direct experience in data and analytics products and solutions including in-depth analysis, report development and/or dashboard development.
?Minimum of 7 years of experience. A bachelor?s degree is considered to meet 3 years of experience; a master?s degree is considered to meet an additional 1 year of experience, and a doctorate degree is considered to meet an additional 2 years of experience. Other relevant formal training in product development and healthcare operations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
?Knowledge of the healthcare industry and passion to improve the health outcomes of the communities we serve.

EXPERIENCE:
?Proven ability to drive innovation through a product mindset, culture, and matrix-organizational structure.
?Experience working closely with senior leaders including the ability to communicate complex analysis to non-technical leaders and decision-makers including verbally, in writing, and through effective visualizations.
?Success in managing analytics solutions from concept to launch
?Experience with agile development, human-centered design, and digital transformation
?Ability to engage with technical teams.
?Genuine curiosity to dive deep into operational workflows and engage with stakeholders to design better solutions.
?Deep commitment to continuous learning as part of a cross-functional team that includes clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
?Knowledge of healthcare systems, value-based care, population health, and regulatory frameworks
?Understanding of clinical workflows and clinical operations especially as they relate to value-based care and population health
?Knowledge of and experience with electronic health records (EHRs, such as Epic, Cerner, eCW, Allscripts, Athena) and population health management platforms (such as Epic?s Value Based Care, Innovaccer, Arcadia, Lightbeam or other care management or population health platforms)
