In this role, you will report to the Regional Director and will work closely with the Avantor's Advanced Laboratory Services professionals to serve our customers by performing customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science. Location: Collegeville, PA & King of Prussia, PA Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday), expected to be flexible and work outside of the schedule as needed Travel: 30-35% Salary Range: $102K - $120K + 10% yearly bonus Benefits:

What we're looking for
Experience: Leadership & Management:
4+ years of experience in a leadership role managing associates within a service or scientific operations environment Understanding of and ability to consistently administer Avantor's policies Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues
Technical & System Proficiency:
Proficiency in tools such as Workday, Excel, and other reporting platforms Experience with Microsoft Teams (preferred) Familiarity with GMP and GLP standards (training a plus) Spill containment, IATA, DOT, IMDG, and HAZWOPER training (a plus)
Communication & Collaboration:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective presentation skills and the ability to interact with customers and cross-functional teams Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues

Coach, motivate, and supervise team members to perform job requirements successfully and to meet/exceed goals and objectives. Act as a liaison between the customer, Avantor Services, and Avantor Sales. Provide training and backup to associates to perform required tasks. Manage budget and review/approve expense reports. Customer reporting and data analysis. Serve as a role model and mentor in both words and actions for associates who express and exhibit a desire to pursue individual professional growth and team growth. Establish, maintain, and continuously review goals and objectives for the department to ensure they are in line with the overall corporate goals and objectives. Conduct internal and external presentations. Ensure GxP compliance and good documentation practices.
