Overview Performs comprehensive Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for commercial, residential, and industrial properties. This position requires management of multiple concurrent projects with minimal oversight, extensive regional travel (50-75%), and the ability to meet deadlines without exception. Our clients expect in-depth technical expertise with proactive communication and follow-up. The Salary Range for this position is $66,600 - $100,000 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure. Essential Job Functions

Overtime This position is classified as salaried with exempt FLSA status. Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. Overtime may be required to meet position demands. Travel Requirements Travel by Plane, Motor Vehicle, Train (up to 75% of workweek) to client sites across the U.S.
