Summary: Goldbelt Frontier, LLC is looking for a Warehouse Specialist (PBO). This position will be in charge of keeping inventory, coordinating with project managers for shipping, coordination with vendors for receiving, and ultimately owning the duties in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide routine warehouse duties and responsibilities to include customer notifications, customer assistance, answering phone and e-mail inquiries. Approximately 30 inquiries per day
- Receive, store, and issue general and medical supplies and equipment using multiple automated computing systems and hard copy files. Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. in the performance of this task. Approximately 50 requests per week
- Operate forklift and pallet jack
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Needs to be a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude
- Maintain appropriate and timely responses with team members
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and climb a single flight of stairs multiple times a day
- Experience in inventory, storage, distribution, and cataloging of non-expanding and durable equipment.
- Experienced with providing status of equipment accountability and preparing and/or organizing information for special reports, memorandums, and correspondence.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with inventory functions
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Forklift Certification at no additional cost to the Government within 60 days of assignment. (Verification of certification training is required)
- Must possess a valid driver's license; must be able to drive a government vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the Department of the Army and Department of Defense preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
