Key Job Responsibilities
  • Promote and adhere strictly to all safety protocols, actively participating in safety initiatives to foster a secure workplace.
  • Methodically follow instructions and execute repetitive winding procedures with consistency and care to maintain product quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment, tooling, and work areas to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance.
  • Carefully select and accurately load materials, such as wire, insulation, and machine parts, to prepare for the winding process.
  • Carry out precise attachment, modification, and trimming of materials using appropriate hand tools to meet specified requirements.
  • Perform accurate soldering and brazing connections, utilizing specialized equipment to ensure electrical integrity and durability.
  • Set up and operate all necessary equipment and tooling associated with coil winding tasks, adapting to different product specifications as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for process enhancements and troubleshoot equipment or procedural issues swiftly.
  • Document and report production data and any deviations to maintain a thorough record for quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience or equivalent expertise in motor coil winding or similar manufacturing functions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of coil winding components, tools, and manufacturing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining tight tolerance levels and minimizing material waste throughout the production cycle.
  • Proven skills in blueprint reading and interpreting technical diagrams, essential for precise coil assembly.
  • Commitment to passing a background check along with pre-employment physical and comprehensive drug and alcohol screening, inclusive of hair follicle tests.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours including overtime and weekends as operational demands require.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with a proactive approach to safety and quality standards.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
