AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE As the Reliability Lab Manager, you will lead a team of skilled technicians supporting the Reliability Engineering group across projects in various stages of development. This role sits at the center of lab operations - planning and managing the physical hosting of racks, servers, and other project-driven materials essential to program success. You will partner closely with engineers, program managers, and leadership to ensure the lab operates efficiently, supports innovation, and scales with business needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys driving improvements, building structure, and enabling teams to deliver at their best. THE PERSON The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for operational efficiency. Success in this role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
