Quote Success Supervisor

Summary/Purpose of the Position:

The Quote Success Supervisor is responsible for the Quote Processing Team and ensures all quotes are processed in a timely manner with accuracy in accordance to set policies and guidelines.

Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:

• Quote team processes creation and implementation
• Ensure processes are followed
• Manage workflow
• Review and vet new customer, new ship to for fraud
• Review team daily stats to ensure yearly/monthly goas are met
• Monthly team member one on ones
• Yearly performance reviews
• Maintain team scorecards for performance
• Assist Order Success Supervisor with backing up for team overall assistance
• Team communication with updates and changes
• Indirectly responsible for product quality
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• 2+ years of sales related customer service tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent communication both verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail skills
• Microsoft Office skills and knowledge (data entry)
• Prior experience utilizing an ERP system

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations
