Repair Manager

Northwest Respiratory Services is a leading provider of oxygen & respiratory products throughout the Midwest & Northern Rockies. Currently, were in search of a DME Biomedical Repair TechnicianSupervisor to join our team. They will oversee the maintenance, repairs, and inventory levels of home respiratory and medical equipment for a multi-location organization.The DME Biomedical Repair TechnicianSupervisorwill also provide daily leadership and supervision to staff employees and assure that all daily functions are completed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assure appropriate levels of parts and supply inventory to be able to effectively and efficiently complete maintenance and repairs to medical equipment
• Assure all equipment maintenance is properly performed and documented
• Manage and oversee maintenance team including, review and approve timecards for payroll, oversee annual and ongoing training conduct employee performance appraisals, coaching, and reviews,
• Comply with regulatory agencies, including the Joint Commission, FDA, DOT, Board of Pharmacy, and OSHA

Position Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• 5+ years of previous manager experience
• Acceptable criminal background check
• Acceptable employment/reference check
• Pass a physical capabilities test
