The Plant Manager in Bellevue, OH reports to the Engineering Adhesives North America Operations Director and is responsible for a 24/7 continuous blending process for extruded film products used in the solar panel industry. The Plant Manager will have direct control over a $6 million operating budget, facility capital projects that drive improvements, 5 direct reports and approximately 40 employees. This role will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, clean, highly productive plant, while making the most efficient and cost-conscious use of the equipment, materials, and employees to produce high quality products on first pass production runs. This individual needs to seek solutions that strengthen quality, value, service, and effectiveness while respectfully challenging the way "things are done" and supporting others in doing so. The Plant Manager will drive continuous improvement efforts and achievement of plant goals and objectives, manage change effectively and develop and gain support for both operating and capital budgets. They will work closely with division and regional EHS, Quality, Engineering, and Sourcing to effectively introduce new products and processes while ensuring employees are engaged and have the opportunity for career growth. The salary for this role is $125,000 - $150,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
