* Research missing or misapplied loan payments. * Process loan payment reversals. * Provide payoff letters. * Handle customer inquiries or research. * Assist Lender's to resolve customer complaints or issues. * Answer incoming customer phone calls. * Perform maintenance on payment schedules, rates and billing records. * Set up ACH - AFT records. * Complete change of address requests. | |
