Typical wage range for this position is $108,000 to $130,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Power BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Merrick's data-driven future. By closely engaging with cross-functional teams, you'll translate business needs into impactful software solutions that enhance precision, flexibility, and alignment with our strategic objectives. Your contributions will drive operational excellence across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced business intelligence solutions using the Power BI platform
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making
  • Support the standardization and optimization of project management processes
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate on special initiatives and task forces, contributing creative and strategic insights
  • Provide routine IS support to ensure seamless system operations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • 4 years of strong expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing concepts
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, including custom script development
  • Technical competencies include:
    • Microsoft Power BI
    • Microsoft Office 2016 or later (with advanced Excel skills)
    • Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or later
    • Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex Information Systems (IS) projects
  • Skilled in budget planning and resource management
  • Candidate must be located in Colorado
  • Client projects for this position require U.S. Citizenship
