Clinic/Practice Assistant, Call Center

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Call Center Representative to join our team! The ideal schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This role is 100% remote right now, but with the possibility to move back to our standard Hybrid schedule of 2 days in office at our South Weymouth office.
In this role, the Call Center Representative will support our multidisciplinary team by handling a high volume of inbound calls, averaging approximately 60-100 calls per day while providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring their needs are met in an efficient and timely manner."
Key Responsibilities:

* Answer patient inquiries and provide relevant information
* Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues
* Deliver timely, efficient, and high-quality customer service

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials
Certified Medical Administrative Assistant [CMAA] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred
Experience
office experience 2-3 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency with all Office Suite, Knowledge of office operations and standards and understanding of office procedures including filing, copying, scanning, printing and faxing.
- Ability to use phone system and manage more non-routine phone calls and solve routine issues as appropriate.
- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience and talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents, to correspond and communicate with others clearly and effectively (including composing/editing e-mail, memos and letters), and to take complete and accurate messages.
- Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Well organized and good time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively, follow established protocols, and work within systems.
