THIS IS A ON CALL BANQUET SET UP POSITION

Essential Job Functions:
* Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
* Thoughtfully prepare banquet tables with the perfect setup as detailed in the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to create an inviting and memorable experience
* Deliver guests' food and beverage with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction
* After each function, reset the banquet room as specified in the BEO or per given instructions to ensure it's perfectly prepared for the next event
* Ensure the banquet facilities are impeccably organized after each event by replenishing and properly storing all condiments and supplies
* Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all banquet facilities

Physical Demands:

* Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs
* Manual dexterity of hands to use food and beverage equipment
* Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the meeting spaces and kitchen areas

Qualifications:

Education:
* High school diploma or its equivalent
