Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience |
- A Ph.D. or Doctorate degree in a relevant research field is required.
- Knowledge of protein purification, molecular cloning, anti-cancer research, imaging is preferred but not required at all.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
Candidates must be able to:
- Demonstrate a solid training background in 1 of the 3 areas: Proteomics, Organic/Medicinal Chemistry, and Cell Biology. Multiple training backgrounds from these areas are not required at all.
- Devote 40-50% research time to 1 of the 3 areas.
- Use 50% research time freely to develop independent interests aligned with lab's research topics including Arginylation, Cell Engineering, Chemical Proteomics, Degrader Development, Drug Discovery, Proteomics, PTMs, Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD).
- Design, develop and perform experimental methods for various projects.
- Develop, write and publish research findings and reviews related to the projects.
- Participate fully as a team player inside the lab.
- Assist graduate and undergraduate students in research activities.
- Assist in preparation of manuscripts, presentations, conferences, and grants.
