Position Title: Agile Delivery Lead

Reports to: IT Project Manager

Subsidiary: Leisnoi Professional Services, LLC

Location: Falls Church, VA

Job Status: Regular Full -Time

Position Summary:

Leisnoi Professional Solutions, LLC has an immediate need for a qualified Agile Delivery Lead responsible for supporting the daily needs of our clients. The role involves facilitating communication and coordination between multiple Scrum teams working on large-scale projects, ensuring a fully integrated product increment is delivered at the end of each sprint within our Agile Release Train (ART)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate communications between Scrum teams to ensure effective collaboration and resolution of development impediments.
• Coordinate and manage the shared product backlog and oversee all Scrum ceremonies including bi-monthly Sprint Reviews.
• Act as the central point of communication to ensure seamless information flow among teams.
• Identify and address conflicts, dependencies, and other potential obstacles impacting the production process efficiency.
• Ensure that the teams have access to all necessary software tools and environments to support their success in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years experience in related fields.
• Subject matter expertise in agile development methodologies, iterative development, and solutions provisioning.
• Advanced communication skills to proactively engage and align team members and stakeholders.
• Credentials such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), Certified Scrum Professional-ScrumMaster (CSP-SM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies and accompanying tools.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills for meeting management.
• Problem-solving aptitude, especially in conflict resolution and risk management.
• Ability to manage relationships and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
• Travel may be required to alternate locations as needed by the client within the Virginia area.
