Position Overview

The Director of Cybersecurity Services Integration & Innovation Enablement is a visionary, hands-on leadership role at the nexus of solution development, service delivery, commercial engagement, and strategic innovation. As a sole actor, this director operates as the connective fabric binding together the centralized solutions team, the managed security services (MSS) delivery group, and commercial functions such as pre-sales, sales, and executive leadership. Charged with ensuring that purpose-built, client-focused security solutions are delivered seamlessly and effectively, this individual drives operational excellence, fosters a spirit of innovation, and champions the integration of advanced automation and artificial intelligence (AI) into every aspect of the MSS portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the coordination and harmonization cybersecurity solution development through to delivery, ensuring that innovative designs are seamlessly translated into robust, operational services.

* Act as the primary liaison and advocate between the centralized solutions architects and the MSS delivery teams, translating technical designs and new offerings into actionable, scalable, and high-quality service deployments.

* Oversee the end-to-end transition of solutions from development to operational delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements, contractual commitments, and business objectives.

* Develop and maintain robust processes and frameworks that facilitate effective handover, deployment, and continuous improvement of new security services.

* Identify barriers, anticipate challenges, and proactively resolve bottlenecks impacting the seamless adoption of new solutions across the MSS landscape.

Commercial & Strategic Alignment

Embed yourself as the "single point of truth" across pre-sales, sales, and leadership teams to ensure solution feasibility, delivery readiness, and client satisfaction goals are aligned from proposal to production.

Participate in go-to-market planning, pipeline reviews, and bid defense meetings, offering expert insight into the MSS organization's operational capabilities, capacity, and innovation roadmap.

AI and Automation Leadership

Champion the strategic embedding of automation and, specifically, AI-driven technologies into the managed security services portfolio-ranging from threat detection and response to vulnerability management and compliance reporting.

Serve as the internal thought leader and subject matter expert on emerging AI applications in cybersecurity, continuously analyzing industry trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements.

Establish key metrics and reporting to demonstrate the ROI and client impact of AI-enabled security services.

Client Market Education & Thought Leadership

Bring market expertise and insight to MSS clients, acting as a trusted advisor who translates the complex, fast-moving landscape of AI in cybersecurity into actionable guidance.

Develop and deliver client briefings, white papers, and webinars on the opportunities and risks of AI adoption within managed security operations.

Work one-on-one with clients to assess their readiness, tailor AI adoption strategies, and provide ongoing support as their needs evolve.

Represent the organization at key industry conferences and intelligence-sharing forums, building brand credibility and influencing the market narrative around AI-driven security solutions.

Continuous Improvement & Organizational Development

Identify and implement best practices for operational integration, solution delivery, and AI enablement across the MSS organization.

Continuously champion a change-ready, forward-looking culture that embraces innovation, agility, and client-centricity.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS Certified Security) preferred, not required.

* 10+ years' experience in managed security services, cybersecurity solution development, or enterprise IT operations, with a track record of successful solution launches and operational excellence.

* Proven experience in integrating complex solutions across technical, commercial, and service delivery teams within a matrix or cross-functional environment.

* Deep knowledge of AI and automation technologies as applied to cybersecurity, with demonstrable experience driving adoption and value realization.

* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills; able to influence at all levels, from technical peers to C-suite executives and external clients.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a relentless focus on client outcomes and service quality.

* Ability to travel as required for client engagements, project oversight, and industry events (estimated 15%-50%).
