The major duties of this job involve connecting quickly with people in a poised, convincing, and enthusiastic way. This job will entail working at an extremely fast pace and will require working cooperatively with and through people in order to complete tasks and will be integral in motivating others. The job requires team or collaborative work within the organization and will be integral in bringing out the best in others. This job will involve controlling all aspects of tasks, from the initiation, through the process and through to completion.

The Private Bank Relationship Associateis responsible for providing support for our Private Bank team and maintaining positive relationships with a select group of our affluent clients. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including; administrative support for Private Bank Relationship Manager(s), provide exceptional client service to existing and potential Private Bank clients by demonstrating a high level of professionalism, proactive communication and coordinating assigned client financial needs through proactive and disciplined approach that reaches across multiple lines of business and service/support teams.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 2 years' experience in related field is preferred.
• Previous deposit operations and customer-faced work experience is preferred.
• This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and NBH's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications:

• Previous Banking experience and exceptional Client Services experience.
• Bilingual language skills

Work Environment:

• Professional setting.
• May be requested to work evenings and weekends for special program events.
• Private Banker to be available during working hours to be established by Manager
• Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel is required on an as needed basis to exceed the expectations of the client.
• Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time.
• Must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, capable of standing for long periods of time, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.
