 The Lead Sales Associate for Lilly Pulitzer at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is a full-time, hourly position responsible for the overall management and performance of the Lilly Pulitzer shop. Reporting directly to the Retail Manager, this role is focused on achieving budgeted net sales and direct contribution goals, while delivering an exceptional guest experience and embodying the Lilly Pulitzer brand. The Lead Sales Associate is also responsible for building and leading a high-performing team and is expected to consistently model the company's Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.  Execute quarterly shop inventories in partnership with Retail Manager and Retail Distribution Center TeamCreate and schedule quarterly shop deep cleaningReview Team training needs developing appropriate training plans Selling Effectiveness:
