We are seeking a highly-motivated intern to join our Water/Wastewater Engineering Group for Summer 2026 in our Holmdel, NJ office. - Our interns will assist technical staff on day-to-day projects.
- Read and review project drawings and plans.
- Confer with engineers about preparing plans.
- Use AutoCAD software under the charge of Engineers.
- Evaluate pre-construction field conditions.
- Observe project sites and evaluate contractors' work to detect problems with a design.
- Prepare reports and document project activities and data.
- Prepare analyses from collected data.
- Set up and help maintain project files and records.

- Pursuing a Bachelor of Science or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related program.
- Class work and interest in potable water and wastewater design work is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation to the office.
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess solid problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
Compensation: $20 to $28 per hour (depending on qualifications)
