Oversees all maintenance scheduling, including preventative and autonomous, and actively works to improve processes to promote equipment up-time. Provide a customer-centric focus to the overall property maintenance and service of our Anoka facility. Supervise the work of facilities and maintenance team members, as well as vendors that provide maintenance, repairs and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment. Support the operation of major building, safety and security systems. Partner with EH&S team regarding environmental and energy compliance.
This position is based in Blaine, MN, and our new facility will open in early 2026. Upon hire, onboarding and training will be held at our facility in Anoka, MN until the Blaine facility opens. YOU HAVE:
Associate's Degree or higher preferred. Additional Trade School or Military training is a plus. Ideally 2+ years experience supervising manufacturing facilities management with knowledge of relevant building systems and maintenance techniques including plumbing, HVAC, elevator and mechanical systems as well as generally accepted maintenance practices. Ability to read and interpret documents such as design drawings, blueprints, safety guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals. Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines.

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $89,300.00 - $165,800.00
