Join Our Team in Epiroc's Product Application & Marketing Engineer Program!

TheProduct Application & Marketing Engineer Development Program is a full-time job opportunity that begins as a two-year rotational role designed to prepare high-potential engineering graduates for key positions within Epiroc, such asProduct & Application Specialist, Sales Engineer, Application Engineer, Product Marketing Engineer, or Product Manager. You will work closely withSurface Drill (SRD) Product & Application Specialists, Business Line Managers, and Product Managersto apply advanced technology, conduct market research, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance our product portfolio, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen Epiroc's market presence in the USA.

Work Type

This is a hybrid position with some travel required. Candidate must be located commuting distance of our Broomfield, CO and Garland, TX offices.

Responsibilities



  • Leverage advanced technologies to support SRD operations, projects, and initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary marketing support contact for SRD Product & Application Specialists in developing marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Research competitor activities and prepare reports for the SRD Business Line Manager.
  • Complete assigned projects aimed at enhancing Epiroc's product offerings.
  • Conduct field travel across North America to gather project data and customer insights.
  • Use data analytics to assess equipment value creation for customers.
  • Perform time studies on surface drill equipment and benchmark against competitors.
  • Partner with Epiroc teams during customer visits in the field and at the factory.
  • Build strong application knowledge of how surface drilling equipment is used within the mining process.
  • Identify and recommend improvements for current products to address inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate globally across time zones to achieve program objectives.



Knowledge/Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering (required)
  • Open to recent graudates and early-career professionals (Spring 2023-Spring 2026 graduates)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Active involvement in collegiate clubs, student organizations, or community programs
  • Programming language experience (preferred)
  • Experience with database tools/languages (preferred)
  • Prior internship or experience in the mining industry (preferred)
  • Willingness to temporarily relocate: 12 months in Broomfield, CO & 12 months in Garland, TX as part of the rotational program. (Relocation assistance provided)



Skills and Abilities



  • Interest and ability to travel throughout the US
  • Comfortable working in mine sites, construction sites, and production facilities around large equipment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when collaborating with global teams.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented with a commitment to performance and continuous learning

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $76,954 and $99,098 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.
