We're seeking a Senior Manual Tester to work Remotely in our HHS Practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
North Highland is seeking to hire a Senior Manual Tester to help our Public Sector client with a MMIS Transformation Project.
YOU WILL:
Craft and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, or test scripts.
Lead all aspects of STLC that includes Test Planning, Test/Defect Management, and RTM
Engage with key project stakeholders and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and address any concerns related to testing.
Experience with test results validation and testing metrics reporting
Creating strategies and architecting the overall Testing, creating Test Management Strategies.
Creating strategies for test data management, including data obfuscation
Leading multiple release cycles
Managing complex test programs
Full software project lifecycle including SAFe, Agile, and DevOps
Managing test tools and environments
Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Implementing Continuous Integration practices and tooling
Integration testing, Web services testing, performance testing, load testing, DR testing, Security testing, and Service Virtualization techniques
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
Domain Expertise: MMIS/MES, Healthcare Payer systems, Medicaid/Medicare systems, HIPAA regulations.
Familiarity with writing UAT level test cases covering the Claims and payment processes for eg: Mass Adjustments, claims adjudication, claims corrections, rate setting etc.,
Ability to create required test data and articulate the test data needs
Experience in executing SIT and UAT test scenarios and test case development
Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of database concepts and ability to write basic SQL queries
Basic understanding of programming concepts and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
Proficiency in test and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, XRAY, Zephyr, TestRail, QTest, ALM)
Strong documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Familiarity with MMIS Claims Processing
Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience with mobile application testing
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
ISTQB certification or other relevant testing certifications
Experience with accessibility testing and security testing concepts
Knowledge of usability and user experience (UX) testing principles
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
Experience with API testing concepts and tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)
