About the role

Reworld, a National leader in Sustainable Environmental Solutions, is looking for dynamic Solutions Sales Manager to further our Growth. Our market-differentiating people and assets makes us a national leader in providing Thermomechanical Treatment Facility Services, Wastewater Treatment, Industrial Services, and Sustainable Solutions to Fortune 1000 customers and beyond. If you are looking to make a name for yourself, have strong prospecting and relationship skills, and demonstrated track record of growing a business then we want to meet you.

This position covers MD, DE and Washington, DC areas and will require travel.

Responsibilities include:

* Grow New Business - attract large and high-profile prospects to further expand on our current business. Provide Solutions for industrial prospects.

* This is primarily a hunter role for multiple Reworld Waste and Reworld Environmental facilities located in key growth markets.

* Identifies business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options.

* Identifies and manages all steps of the RFP.

* Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the Company's available service lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to assigned existing customers.

* Utilizes REWORLD directed CRM database on-a-daily basis, schedules and documents all activities such as calls, meetings and proposals within the database.

* Regularly meets with Sales Director to review weekly customer retention and relationship activities, progress versus goals and status of key customer relationships.

* Forecast and Budget - Will actively input, communicate and oversee the monthly forecast and annual budget for assigned facilities, direct accounts, and 3rd-party environmental service companies.

* Sales and Administrative processes/protocols - Will follow established protocols regarding contracts, credit, pricing, procedures, and documentation.

* Will perform other duties as required.

Position Requirements:

* 5+ years' experience in sales and account management in the Industrial Waste Management, Waste to Energy, Hazardous or Non-Hazardous waste industry strongly preferred with a proven track record.

* Must live in Northern VA or within 50 miles of Fairfax area.

* Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience.

* Ability to easily communicate the needs of the Reworld waste and facility operations to clients.

* Ability to contribute both as a sole contributor and as a team member.

* Ability to communicate the Reworld value proposition across all levels of the client organization.

* Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated and technical industry.

* Travel - mostly within region, but up to 45%.

* Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb

* Ability to lift/carry 50lbsConsistently work in various weather conditions
