*What You'll Do* As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their banking needs. Your role will involve: * Engaging with customers via phone, email, and digital channels (chat, social media). * Assisting with inquiries related to checking and savings accounts, online banking access, and foundational banking services. * Performing account transactions and maintenance with precision and care. * Striving for first-contact resolution by using your expertise and available resources. * Staying up-to-date on bank products, policies, and procedures. * Identifying sales opportunities and referring clients to the appropriate teams. * Escalating complex issues when necessary, while maintaining ownership of the customer experience. *What You Bring* We're looking for professionals who are not only skilled but also customer-obsessed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
