Job Title: Temporary Client Coordinator (Workers' Compensation Support)
Contract Length: 3 Months (Open-Ended, Potential for Extension) Location: Remote Schedule: Full-Time Overview: We are seeking Client Coordinators to support a high-volume workers' compensation client during a system transition. This is a temporary role with the potential for extension based on performance and client volume. The position involves processing medical referrals, managing documentation, and coordinating with independent physician contractors. Key Responsibilities: * Retrieve and upload referral cases from client systems into internal systems. * Organize and review medical documentation for accuracy and completeness. * Ensure patient-identifying information is removed from medical records. * Assign cases to appropriate physician specialists within the network. * Track case progress and maintain communication with the Quality Assurance team. * Respond to inquiries from clients, providers, and internal teams. * Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, emailing, and proofreading. * Maintain accurate client information and documentation in the system. * Escalate issues or concerns to management as needed. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Entry-level experience; prior exposure to healthcare, insurance, or workers' compensation is a plus. * Strong data entry and computer literacy skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Must have reliable internet and a private workspace. Additional Details: * Average volume: ~3 cases per hour, including ancillary tasks. * 95% of work will be done within internal systems; some cases require interaction with client systems. * This is a remote position, but candidates must be dependable and self-motivated. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
