Customer Service Representatives - Housing Support & Mortgage Assistance Remote Opportunities Available | Evening Shifts Required (until 8:00 PM)

We're hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for two impactful teams: Multi-Family Housing Support and Mortgage Assistance. If you have a background in property management or mortgage lending and love solving problems while supporting others, we want to hear from you! Multi-Family Housing Support CSR What You'll Do: * Assist renters, tenants, and property managers with housing resources and referrals. * Support callers facing eviction or homelessness with compassion and urgency. * Handle tenant complaints and rental inquiries with professionalism. * Use a knowledge base to provide accurate information and document calls in our system. Must-Have Experience: * 2+ years in property management * 1+ year in a contact center or phone-based customer service role * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to work until 8:00 PM Top Skills: * Empathy and active listening * Resourcefulness and problem-solving * Strong communication and documentation skills Mortgage Assistance CSR What You'll Do: * Answer inbound calls related to FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage inquiries. * Provide guidance using FHA-approved FAQs and underwriting guidelines. * Support lenders with FHA Connection, certifications, and property insurance requirements. * Assist realtors, appraisers, nonprofits, and government entities with HUD-related processes. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
