Job Summary: The Personal Lines Account Examiner supports underwriting operations by reviewing and updating new business, endorsements, and renewals. The role applies established guidelines, communicates with agencies, and maintains policy accuracy and service quality. Account Examiners help manage workload efficiency, contribute to process improvements, and provide service to agency partners and internal teams. Responsibilities may be carried out in different ways, including focused review and data-entry work, phone-based interactions with agencies, and, in some cases, limited support for technical issues affecting agency portal access or transactions.
