Job Description

Pivotal contributor to the Revenue Enablement (RE) team, driving innovation and operational excellence across multimedia development, learning platforms, and global content localization. Bridges technical execution with strategic enablement, ensuring scalable, high-impact learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.

• Lead the end-to-end development of e-learning modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline 360, in collaboration with learning architects and SMEs, to support scalable knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Oversee multimedia production (graphics, video, motion graphics) using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance engagement and brand consistency across enablement content.
• Direct large-scale localization initiatives, leveraging platforms such as TransPerfect GlobalLink and Articulate Rise, to ensure global accessibility and regional relevance of learning materials.
• Manage content lifecycle across internal platforms (Seismic, RAU), ensuring timely updates, version control, and alignment with strategic messaging.
• Provide production support for high-visibility webinars and live events, reinforcing RE's communication strategy.

Partners closely with cross-functional teams including Learning & Development, Localization, Marketing, and IT to deliver cohesive and impactful enablement experiences. Ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes ensures alignment with leadership priorities.

Contributions directly support talent development, operational efficiency, and global scalability in Enablement.
